  Here we will list our rates for the different rooms we have. These rates could vary, for certain occasions, but we will try to keep to these rates if at all possible.  These rates are daily rates for one or two guests. Rate does not include taxes.

Blue Room:   $99.00+ Taxes  
Ebony Room: $115.00+ Taxes                                                           GRAND JUNCTION BnB
Master Bed Room:  $150.00 + Taxes

         Our policies are here for you to read so that yours and others stay will be pleasant and stress free,  just like you
            would want.

    Advance reservations are highly recommended. You can make these by e-mail, over the phone, or the  BROWN RESERVATION   BUTTON   located on the different pages. Information can be  found under "Contact Us" button above. All rates are based on double   occupancy only, no up charge for two, no down for one.
     Two in a room is max for most BnBs, as is the case here. Contact us if there happens to be three, we will see what we can do.

•DEPOSIT:
   The deposit of one night if staying one night is required, or 50% of the total ( if more than one night ) is required to hold the  room for you.
   Deposits are payable by credit card, or by check, U.S. ( Check OK if received 30 days in advance). Check must clear to hold room!
   Deposits can be refunded if cancellation is made thirty days before date of stay, minus a $25.00 booking fee. Cancellations  must be by  phone. *

•CHECK-IN:
   Check-in on day of arrival is 3:00pm - 6:00pm

•CHECK-OUT:
   Check out is 11:00am

•OTHER POLICIES:
   No Pets,   No Smoking  allowed in rooms or on the property, for our health and yours!!  Smoking clean-up is costly!!!
$100.00 billed to your account
    No Toddlers,,  We love them, but we are just not able to accommodate them, a well behaved child?? check with us!!

 
NOTE:     Quiet time starts at 10 pm

♦  We reserve the right to refuse service & everything can change without notice. We won't do anything just to be mean, we want  your visit to be the best thing    on your travels.

 ♦ The Bookcliffs BnB is not responsible for any lost, broken or stolen property!!   And has never  happened!
 * No deposit refund for any guest who books from out of the country regardless of time period!
