JUST A BLOCK TO THE WEST OF US IS GRAND JUNCTION's "LONG FAMILY MEMORIAL PARK" WITH WALKING AND BIKE PATHS, SEVERAL LARGE COVERED STRUCTURES WITH RESTROOMS AND ELECTRICITY, TENNIS COURTS, VOLLEY BALL, BASE BALL, SKATE BOARD, ALL FOR USE IN THIS AREA.
Excellent for that early morning walk
